Ratchet & Clank: Burk's Wrath (known as Ratchet & Clank: The Last Mission outside of the United states of America) is a fictional PS3 video-game developed by Insomniac Games and Blockade Entertainment. It is set after Ratchet & Clank: Into the Nexus and confirmed to be the final chapter in the Ratchet & Clank franchise.
Gameplay[]
The gameplay is the exact same as the entire series altogether, now with new weapons, new puzzles, and new challenges. It also features a 4D-roaming mode when playing as Talwyn Apogee, Captain Qwark, and Dr. Fizwidget for the very first time. Since the original 2002 game Ratchet & Clank, it is the most modern platformer/third person shooter game in the franchise.
Plot[]
The story begins in a flashback that features Kaden and Susan (Ratchet's mother) at the Veldin hospital. Susan then gave birth to her newborn child Ratchet to bring peace and joy to the entire Solana galaxy. But when Kaden's archenemy Burk Shamhuth, a barbarous ruffian, infiltrated the hospital and his hostile alien minions known as the Dion invaded the territory. And whilst Kaden and his wife went to safety with their child (Ratchet), things got worse. An entire army of Dion prepared to put the entire species of Lombax into immediate extinction at the hands of Burk and Percival Tachyon. Kaden had to transfer his child to an orphanage at Planet Fastoon but as his wife died, he fell from sorrow, sadness, heartbreak, into desperate anger, rage, and fury. As he killed most Dion, his death came to existence as the Dion ate Kaden completely and gave the Diemsionator to Azimuth leading to his exile. That's where the events of Ratchet's life began.
